Let's install your
Sinque Monitor

Insert the AAA batteries into the
back of the monitor

Place the monitor on a 
hard, flat surface (no carpet!)

*Find an accessible place for the monitor to facilitate using it

Time to start the
Sinque app

Download the Sinque app in the App store
(iOS & Android)
Scan the QR-code to download the app

Open the Sinque app, click on ' create new account', fill out the form, and follow the steps to confirm your account.

Type the group you belong to, and select your sub group.   If you don't belong to a group, select 'skip for now'.

Get ready to complete your first measurement

A

Make sure Bluetooth is turned on for your phone and for the app (see utilities).
The monitor and the app connect automatically

In the app, click on the plus at the bottom of the screen and then step on the monitor. The first time, you need to select your monitor (white or black).

Choose your Sinque monitor

Wait till 3 circles (zeros) appear on the monitor
Then click on 'I am on the monitor'

In the Android app you need to allow access to the location

Yes, you can monitor yourself with clothes!
Select your clothes & shoes* and click on 'continue"
*No worries, this doesn't have to match exactly and is just an indication of what you're wearing!

Good start!
Keep this up and monitor yourself 3-4 times a week

Sinque needs about 2 weeks to learn your natural weight fluctuation,
after which you will see the Sinque Indicator with your weight trend!
