Do you have an Apple phone?

Delete the Sinque app (your data will be preserved).

Go to the App Store and reinstall the app.

Log in and you’re good to go!
Do you have an Android phone?

Open Settings on your Android device.

Go to Apps or Apps & Notifications (depending on your device).

Find Sinque in the list of apps.

Tap Storage & Cache.
-
Tap Clear Cache (your data will be preserved).

Log in and you’re good to go!
