Your Sinque Dial shows the impact of today's behavior -- diet, exercise, sleep, medicine, and more -- on your future weight trend. Instead of confusing numbers, you know if you're on track, and if not, you have time to change!

In the app, you can join the group of your health professional. This helps them track your progress, and provide support during every step of the way. You also receive useful messages, blogs, videos and more from Sinque and your professional to keep you informed and motivated as you work towards your goals.
